My real estate journey began long before Best CS Homes was founded. I started in the early 1990s as a licensed general contractor, overseeing home builds, renovations, and restorations across Colorado Springs. That hands-on experience gave me deep insight into how homes are built—and more importantly, how to spot issues and value properties accurately.
In 2010, I became a licensed insurance adjuster and certified Xactimate instructor, helping homeowners navigate claims, assess damage, and estimate repair costs. These years sharpened my eye for detail and honed my ability to evaluate properties under pressure.
Today, I bring all that experience to real estate, offering clients a rare combination of technical knowledge, negotiation skill, and emotional intelligence—especially when life’s transitions make the process more complex.
In 2020, I launched Best CS Homes with a clear mission: create a real estate brokerage that puts people first.
We officially became an independent brokerage in 2020, right at the start of a rapidly changing market. While other firms focused on growth and lead volume, I chose a different path—intentionally staying small so I could focus on quality over quantity.
That philosophy paid off. In 2021, Best CS Homes was awarded 1st Place for Best Independent Real Estate Brokerage and 1st Place for Best Realtor in Colorado Springs.

My background in mathematics (Bachelor of Science, Colorado State University – Pueblo) powers the way I approach pricing and valuation. I’ve developed proprietary software that uses advanced mathematical modeling to deliver high-accuracy property valuations.
