Yes. Both interior and exterior inspections are required for my standard BPO. However, you may request an non-inspection or drive-by only BPO at a reduced cost.

Each BPO includes a subject property summary, current market conditions, recent comparable sales, active listings, valuation estimate, and optional photo documentation. Additionally, in cases where pre-marital value is needed for determining equity gain during the span of a marriage, I will complete 2 BPOs, one at time of marriage and one at the current time.
